Quality

If you do something, you should do it with quality. Because quality is what remains. Quality broadcasts itself. You don’t need to ask for surveys and feedback, you’ll see it in your clients’ eyes.

Quality is expensive, because time, effort, energy, knowledge, inspiration, doubts, flashbacks, motivation, goals, plans, dreams are all there. How can all that be affordable?

Quality will always be sought after. You will always have queues. The ancient Armenian proverb says “The real master will stay hungry only until lunch”. Because from early morning and before lunchtime he will have many orders, which will earn him lunch. Because he produces quality, and everyone knows it, everyone wants it. Even if he wakes up with nothing in his pocket, by the lunchtime he’ll have food on the table. Because the quality he produces is needed. So, the real master will stay hungry only until lunch.

Pursue quality, and you will become a magnet for it. You’ll become addicted to it. There is no better reward than quality surrounding you, quality people, quality relationships, quality environment, quality products and services. Asking for more is unfair.
