Let us meet just to meet
Is it ok to meet, if a small text can do the job?

Are you a meeting person or a message person? Honestly, there are folks out there who cannot live without meetings. If they see a single word they don’t understand, they’ll book a meeting. No matter how small the issue, it’s like meetings are their air to breathe.
It makes you wonder - do they really have that much time? Or do they just love the sound of their own voice? Meetings can be useful, sure. But sometimes, they’re just a fancy way to avoid actually doing work. Or worse, to avoid making decisions on our own.
Message people, on the other hand, are the quiet rebels. They prefer a quick text or email over wasting an hour in a conference room. They value their time, and they know that sometimes less is more. A simple message can be way more effective than a 90-minute meeting that drags on about stuff everyone already knows.
So, which side are you on? Are you the type to schedule a meeting for everything or the legend who gets the message across in a few words?
Here’s a question: are meetings really about getting things done or just about the social drama? Think about it. The next time someone invites you for a meeting, ask yourself - do I really need to be here? Or could I just send a quick message instead?
Sometimes, the simplest way wins.
